Description
Having problems with Visto client and other applications on P910i. Hard reset from control panel did not resolve issues.
Solution
Force a hard reset of disk using the following command
To format the phone – close the flip, move dial up to contacts, press the * key, move dial down 2,press the *key again, move dial down 1, press the *key once more - This brings up service menus, select 3 and format disk.
