Cannot connect to FTP with MSIE

OS: Windows (MSIE 6.0)
Description
When trying to log into a FTP site with MSIE errors occur not allowing access to the site or its content.
This can be cause by applying tighter security settings on a destination server such as IPSEC.
Solution
Turn off passive FTP from Internet Explorer.
Open Internet Explorer and click Tools, Internet options
Click the Advanced tab and find Use Passive FTP setting, Make sure this is unticked
Once this has been done, restart Internet Explorer and try the FTP site again.
