On-site Work:
As Needed
Prices are fixed at £39 callout, £79 for London callout, and then £48 per hour on-site.
Module Based Monthly Support Contracts (for up to 10 PCs)
Module 1
On-site weekly visits allowance:
£220 / month / 4 hours
Callout of £35 applies for customers over 35 miles from ME10
Module 2
We can replace each of your PCs every 3 years including installation & copying across old files and disposing of your old PCs (WEEE Directive) for:
£20 / month / PC
Includes 3 years PC breakdown cover!
Termination of payment for this module means total price of any PCs will be payable. You can receive your 1st PC when £200 has been paid into Module 2, and each PC thereafter follows the same principle. Each PC can then be replaced every 3 years. In the meantime, your existing PCs will be covered by the breakdown cover! (PCI are responsible for taking away your old PCs and therefore must do so)
Module 3
Unlimited telephone and remote support:
£120 / month
Module 4
Daily Off-Site backup of your important and critical data from:
From £30 / month
Based on 1GB of data; £5 per additional 1GB up to 5GB. POA for 5GB+
Module 5
Rental of a 5 User Small Business Server with Microsoft Exchange, desktop faxing, and remote access to all your PCs on the network:
£50 / month
Includes 3 years of Server breakdown cover!
£500 required up-front. Termination of payment for this module means balance of Server cost will be payable.
System Reload
This is typically required after a bad virus infection or Trojan invasion, but may also be requested if you just want the PC / Laptop reloaded for any other reason
£48 per hour - maximum £99 if all disks are provided
Web site – Initial construction
A typical company brochure type Web site is £35 per page of reasonable length if text and graphics are provided. Each page may include pop-ups of larger images from a gallery page, for example. A simple 'Contact Us' Email form is included for free.
Image resizing is included, but image alteration and/or design work will be charged at £48 per hour.
Web site – Updating
This is charged at the standard hourly rate of £48 and is split up into 15 minute units, and therefore carries a minimum charge of £12
Save money and purchase 2 hour blocks of Web site updating at £85 in advance – a saving of £11 off the normal rate.
Web Hosting
From £99 per year for .co.uk domain name with managed Email hosting/forwarding
