A problem identified earlier today has been resolved. Some Emails were being reported as undelivered due to a DNS problem with our connectivity supplier whereby our Email server was unable to look up where to deliver Emails to. This has now been resolved. We apologise for the inconvenience this may have caused. If you received a delivery failure, please resend the Email.

Web sites
Having implemented our solution to the problem reported below (18/10/2006) and monitored the Web server in question for the last 5 days, we are now happy that this has been fixed and Web sites are being displayed as normal.

We are currently experiencing a problem which periodically (usually between 1.00 am and 2.00 am) gives a 'Service Unavailable' message to anyone visiting Web sites hosted on our Servers. We are looking into this as a matter of priority and apologise for the inconvenience this is causing.

Yesterday's connection problems have now been resolved, and the speed upgrade is complete. Users should experience a faster connection to their Web sites and Email.

We have had a few connection issues today as our provider is upgrading their internet backbone from 40 Mbps to 100 Mbps.  This will mean that our customers will experiance faster download and upload speeds, however, will experiance a few hours of delay while the change is made.

Our connectivity provider has now corrected the DNS problem with their DNS Server.

PHP and ASP Web sites have been affected by problems overnight. We are working to resolve this as soon as possible. We realise the importance of this to our customers, and offer our apologies for the disruption you may have experienced.

Our Web server experienced DNS problems earlier on today. This has been resolved, but may take 24 hours to propogate the Internet.
